Our die design and manufacturing capabilities include Makino CNC machines, enabling accurate and efficient production. We utilise a suite of advanced CAD/CAM software, including Unigraphics, Solid Edge, Diedifice, and Vericut, to ensure optimal design and manufacturing processes. This enables us to produce approximately five to six dies per month in-house, maintaining rigorous quality control and minimising lead times.
With access to specialised tooling for 1250-ton and 1650-ton machines, we further enhance our ability to meet diverse project requirements.
