Quality Manager (Diecasting)

Job Overview:
Responsible for overseeing quality control and assurance processes in the die casting production unit. The role ensures compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and internal quality procedures.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action plans using tools like 8D 5-Why, and Fishbone Diagram
Work on reducing rejection rates, improving cycle times, and optimizing production efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance and Control:
- Develop and implement quality control and assurance procedures and processes for pressure die casting operations.
- Ensure adherence to relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Knowledge of HPDC production processes, machinery, and equipment Monitor and evaluate the quality of castings throughout the production process.
- Identify and address quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct visual inspections and other quality checks as needed.
- Manage and maintain quality records and documentation.
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and supervise a team of QA/QC personnel.
- Provide training and guidance to team members.
- Motivate and support the team to achieve quality goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance quality and efficiency.

Job Overview:
Maintenance Machinery of High-Pressure Diecasting plant. Responsible for Repairs and Preventive Maintenance and allot work to Supervisors. The plant has automatic diecasting machines and machines centres (VMC)
Must have overall 15 years’ experience in Plant and Machinery Maintenance in Engineering role in Die Casting Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
- Maintenance of existing plant buildings, and other service facilities such as DG set, stores, Security guard cabin, machineries, etc.
- Responsibility of increase the time between failure of PDC machine. (MTBF)
- Responsibility of reduce the time to repair of PDC machine (MTTR)
