Founded Veena Die casters in 1975; bachelor’s degree from IIT-BHU (Electrical Engineering) and master’s degree from Indian Institute of Science ( Electrical); yoga practitioner, Rotarian, and CII member.
Mr. Vandan Shah
Chairman
Son of Sitaram Shah; Industrial Engineering graduate; worked for Piaggio; joined Sipra in 1986, becoming Executive Chairman in 2024; CII member and Rotarian.
Mr. M.M. Umadi
Managing Director
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and BBA; 36 years in die casting; joined Sipra in 2004, becoming Managing Director in 2024; yoga teacher, interested in Indian mythology.
Ms. Ekta Shah
Director
Fashion Designer; MBA in Human Resources from Institute of Management Studies, Indore; active in social work; supports Human Resources at Sipra.
